Color- backgrounds, tables, schemes, etc…
Design- graphics/pictures/colors aren’t distracting to the user
Anticipation- should predict the users want or need
Autonomy- keep it structured but not overly but not under also
Consistency- Interpretation of user behavior, invisible structures, small visible structure, splash screens/ design elements, a suite of products, in-house consistency, platform consistency
Balanced- dymanic, informal layouts to attract attention with a focal point.
